(Simple tips below)

1.   Book in Advance

Booking the 1st time, you will be directed to purchase the class first. Once you've decided to walk regularly with us, booking can be done directly from the home page.

2.    Arrive on Time

First timers find it helpful to arrive 15 minutes in advance of class time so we can check you in and show you around the studio. One of our trainers will set you up on the MaxerRunner.

3.    Come Prepared

Easy: wear sneakers and workout clothes that you are prepared to sweat in! We also suggest you bring a towel and water for hydration.

4.    Breathe

It's really as easy as walking and breathing - and we will guide you. Enjoy the music and leave feeling refreshed, positive and ready to walk again.
