Walk2Fit Incline training and Maxerrunner (the Italian fitness technology wonder) has been voted "The best strength training cardio workout in Europe since 2005".It's not just walking - It's incline, resistance and much more.

Walk2Fit is a 45-minute indoor music-inspired class using the MAXERRUNNER, a unique self-powered treadmill that can be adjusted for incline and resistance.  Classes are geared to a full range of fitness levels from a basic class with a moderate pace and incline, to classes for running, climbing or HIIT.

 

With this terrific cardio and fat-burning workout, you achieve a higher heart rate than with outdoor walking and burn hundreds of calories a session.  Powering the treadmill yourself, you build strength, increase bone density, and improve your balance.  The result is a fitter stronger you, equipped for our most basic activity—walking. 

 
 
THE WORKOUTS

Designed for anyone who wants to stay fit or get back in shape. Walking starts at 80 steps/minute and gradually increases to 110 steps/minute before cooling down.

Designed to enhance multi-sport training and build endurance.  Walking starts at 100 steps/minute and steadily increases to 130 steps/minute.

This is a class for everyone. Walking begins at 80 steps/minute and increases to 125 steps/minute.  It is designed to allow maximum flexibility to walk at your own pace with options to challenge yourself by increasing resistance and levels of incline.

Designed to improve athletic performance while maximizing calorie burn.  The workout ranges from 90 steps/minute and increases steadily with bursts of intensity reaching a maximum of 145 steps/minute.

Specifically designed for keeping in shape during pregnancy and after giving birth.  Walking starts at 70 steps/minute and gradually increases to 105 steps/minute.

Designed for athletes that want a demanding interval workout.  Anyone that enjoys running but wants to avoid stress to their joints will benefit from this class.  The warm-up begins at 80-100 steps/minute and then the workout increases to 125-145 steps/minute for short bursts on an incline that simulates running hill repeats.  A great class for performance enhancement.

Group fitness designed for kids, teens, and young adults to improve fitness levels in a non-competitive and supportive environment. This class begins at 85-90 steps/minute and gradually increases to 115-120 steps/minute.  Each warrior is encouraged to challenge themself with options to increase resistance and incline.
